High View ~ Moorland Way ~ Gunnislake Cornwall ~ PL18 9EX
We do not publicize our several telephone numbers. We do not have a fax machine.
We endeavour always to acknowledge, promptly, every email that is sent to
mail@highview.co.uk
This email address has been publicly available on the Web for many years and so it is well known to
all the spammers who buy, collect (and sell) email addresses. As a result of this we get a great many
unwanted messages.
We have software that deletes most junk emails, but it is sometimes too efficient. It is quite easy for
an important message from an unknown source to be automatically treated as rubbish and this can
happen without our knowledge. The only safeguard against this is to send your mail again if it has
not been acknowledged by us. Use a different subject line, and (if possible) a really inocuous
message. A well intentioned but ambigious word can occasionally trigger the automated despatch to
the dustbin. To click on the link above usually works well, and the subject line of your message will
already be completed for you by the link.
If you wish to send images to us then please read our notes (they are not technical), or send us an
email first of all. We can then put your address into the “friends-safe” part of our address book.
We have a size limitation on our mailbox, and large files, or even a bundle of smaller ones, may not
get through. If you plan to send pictures then please read our notes on that first of all.
